Description:
Interstate 535 bridge connecting Duluth, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin, from the Skyline Drive in Duluth. View this big, there's lots of detail here. I actually had to get out of my car for this picture, so I hope you enjoy it! Very nice. I love photos that show cities how the residents would view them. Things they see every day.

I have seen this view too, coming into town from the high hill. What a view. In this picture you can see the superstructure of the S.S. Meteor in the distance. The Meteor is the only extant "whaleback" ship and is a museum.

One of the best Duluth pictures ever. The detail is impressive.

There is a skiddish 10 point buck that hangs out near the water in right corner of picture.

Great shot, you must have a great len to get that shot from Skyline Dr. I have been in the yards several times taking shots of the trains and tracks. You get some great views from the drive. Loved the GP9 at the museum.

There ya go, cruisin my old pictures again! Actually, we stayed in Superior...they were OK. And the sales tax rate was lower. ;-)

Weird to see a picture from home in the midst of things. Hope Duluth treated you well. Superior probably didn't.

StevenM_61 says :16/Jul/2007 01:26:51
Very good shot. This pic came out well for the effort you put into getting it.
