When it's a tricky exposure and I'm working I set the D200 to bracket mode and sort them out later. I'm seldom in a position to be fussy about anything.

There is a dark area in the middle of the rain. I suppose it could be a waterspout or the begining of one, but it didn't firm up that way.

Great shot. I took a similar one some years ago, but I was driving down I-45 and downtown Houston was being deluged. Much lower quality, but I was moving at around 60 mph and driving. I am going to have to find those and post them.
